ICT Covers/Access Covers

We manufacture and export Aluminium alloy Access Covers of various sizes for valve chambers of sewage treatment and desalination plants. Whereas ICT covers are used for defence applications.

Features:

• All aluminium extruded alloy confirms to AA 6063 T6 / AA 6082 T6
• All access covers heavy duty suitable for moving load of vehicle up to 10 T capacity
• All access covers are designed, fabricated and conformed to BS 9124: 2008 specifications.
• Spindle opening cut out if required
• All around Kerb angles
• EPDM gasket seal prevents ingress of dirt and moisture
• Gas spring-assisted lift arrangement with safety lock for 90-degree max. opening
• Automatic lifting or Manual Lifting
• All doors will be provided with heavy-duty SS hinges
• Remote control electronic fully temper proof padlock for security purpose; Keyless / with keys.
• All covers shall be water/odour/gas-tight as per international specifications conformity to BSEN 60529: 1992
• Safety stay to prevent accidental closure
• Electrically operated actuator with hatch

• 240 DC control with battery back up
• Alarm system to prevent an unauthorized person from tampering.
